# Roster and profiles

> Everyone on your staff team, and a profile for each of them.

The **Staff** module lists everyone in the ranks you switched on in **Settings › Activity Tracking**. People appear whether or not they have signed in to Ankra.

## Dashboard

**Staff › Dashboard** shows headline numbers for the week and your top performers.

## Staff profiles

Click anyone to open their profile. Its tabs are:

| Tab | What it shows |
| - | - |
| **Details** | Their rank, role, department and directory details. |
| **Activity** | Minutes and messages in game. |
| **Sessions** | Sessions they hosted or attended. |
| **Logbook** | Their record. See [Logbook](https://prismspace-5c919a09.mintlify.site/ankra/staff/logbook.md). |
| **Assignments** | This week's assignments and their progress. |
| **Time off** | Their requests. See [Time off](https://prismspace-5c919a09.mintlify.site/ankra/staff/time-off.md). |

A tab only appears when its module is on and your role can see it.
